Destination Key West, FL July 25-Aug 2, 2009


We had so much fun with our trip to Sturgis in 2008 that we decided we needed to make an annual trip together. The next annual trip looks to be Key West, FL for July 2009. The original plan was the Little Sturgis Rally in Sturgis, KY, but since the Hoke Hey Motorcycle Challenge is a one time event, we want to be there for the start of the run.

Tentative plans have the group departing Palm Coast, FL on July 26 for Key West, FL. This is 441 miles to the Conch Republic. We will secure a vacation home suitable for the group beginning Jul 26 and ending Aug 1 (depending on the departure of the run the dates may vary). Allan a.k.a. "Mr. Pinkster" of Atlanta, GA
Allan got his name last year at Bike Week while showing us that he could perfect the Tuck and Roll in one continuous motion. To which the act got some stares of disbelief and a "What was that?" Allan rides wide glide but he has purchased an Harley Ultra Classic just for the 2008 Sturgis trip. Since the trip, he has traded his Dyna for a "Kawasaki Purple" chopper.		 Aleta of Palm Coast, FL
Aleta made the trip in 2006 which was chronicalled as "The Mis-Adventures of Aleta". A hysterical cross country trip that could only become an annual event. After 5000 miles in 15 days she earned "Iron Butt" status. Aleta rides a Kawasaki Meanstreak 1500. 		Richard a.k.a. "Tricky Ricky" of Palm Coast, FL
One of the few photos taken without him flipping the camera a "Bird". Ricky prides himself on his 3 motorcycles and will be riding a "Kawasaki Purple" 1988 Harley Classic. You always have to be on your toes around the Trickster!		 Dennis of Duluth, GA
If you want to know something, it is faster to ask Dennis than look it up. We have lots of pictures of Dennis hamming it up. Dennis rides a Harley Softail called "The Bullet" and says he's made some mean modifications to it.
